Flourish: Empowering Survivors was founded in 2007 to aid, encourage, and empower victims of human trafficking in Central Illinois and across the United States. Over the past 16 years, Flourish grew from a small Not-For-Profit base in Springfield to operating and assisting survivors in multiple Peoria area communities. Flourish has always focused on providing resources to survivors but has found its true calling in providing long-term, sustainable housing for victims. This allows survivors and their families the opportunity to truly break the cycle of human trafficking through independence and growth.
